Versioning

Each event has its own version. First version will be called 1-0-0 by default but can be changed by user.

By clicking on event name user can open event's page and view all versions of the event:

Versions help track historical changes of the event and allow to migrate to another version in case if this is required.

By default Tracking Management Tool will work in safe mode which not allows user to delete event entirely and any changes to existing event can be done only for new version of event. For example user can't change some field of event with version 1-0-0, in order to do this he must change version of event, let's say to 1-0-1. This will help to prevent data deletion (including accidental ones) and keep track of historical data and updates.

Although technical users can turn off this mode and delete or change events without restrictions. But we recommend to do this only temporarily and in case if this step is really required.
